Why I Built LV Local Guide
When I first got into real estate, I noticed something that bothered me: most of the information available to buyers and sellers was either too generic, too salesy, or just plain wrong for the Las Vegas market. People were making six-figure decisions based on national averages and outdated advice.
My Air Force background taught me that preparation and accurate intelligence are everything. You don't go into a mission without knowing the terrain. Buying or selling a home should be no different.
So I built LV Local Guide to be the resource I wish existed — honest, hyper-local, and built around education rather than transactions. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a long-time homeowner, or someone relocating to Las Vegas from across the country, you deserve real information from someone who actually lives here.
